Purpose of the Job :

• Manage pricing offers for Enterprise Accounts (EA) within the Europe Region, ensuring timely and accurate responses to the Enterprise Account Managers (EAMs) and ensuring approvals/recommendations are in line with region growth and profitability objectives

• Interact with Sales team to have a better communication and synchronization to propose the best offer for both customer and UPS

• Communicate with Sales team to have a better understanding of the requests and

• Develop and implement process and policy improvements for pricing efficiency and decisions

Main Accountabilities and Associated Activities

Pricing:

• Have a good understanding of their bids, asking the right questions on value proposition to the customer, competitive positioning and likelihood of winning to create the appropriate proposals

• Optimize profitability based on above-mentioned factors

Team Management:
• Ensure coaching of pricing analysts

• Enforce compliance to the pricing process and authority levels

Revenue Management:
• Anticipate and plan post cost analysis and pricing strategies for contract renewals

• Identify customer profit improvement opportunities and leverage compliance to assumed shipping activity

Contract Administration / Rate Implementation

• Review complex approvals with Contract Administration / IAS to ensure approved pricing and contract terms are accurately reflected in the written contract and keyed in the system

Know-How, Skills & Experience
